ELCA pastor Nadia Bolz-Weber signed the Naked and Unashamed summary statement. Naked and Unashamed is an ELCA group. One position the signers want to change in the ELCA is, "No longer privileging marriage as the only acceptable form of sexual relationality". Read about it here.

The Jerusalem Council in Acts 15: "abstain from . . . fornication."

Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 6: "Flee fornication.'

Apostle Paul in Ephesians 5: “..fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints."

Today's ELCA warmed-over Gnostics: "Bible? C'mon, people, who reads or heeds that dusty old book anymore? We're evolved. We're opening Fornicators 'R' Us chapters in every ELCA church we can worm our way into."

Give Martin Luther the last word: "It is the nature of all hypocrites and false prophets to create a conscience where there is none, and to cause conscience to disappear where it does exist."
