It is Nadia Bolz-Weber, an ELCA pastor who will be speaking at the 2018 ELCA youth gathering.
She is so hip.

People love to stay in their sin and not change. This is likely the case with Nadia. Or it could be that Nadia has decided this verse is one of those that can be ignored because it is not from God but just one of Paul's "snotty opinions."
I don't believe Nadia is happy with the choice of the American people. And of course she can not express herself with class but resorts to her typical, "look-at-me" foul language.

Guess Nadia thinks if she swears enough people will do as she says.
